Utility Split Trust

Utility Split Trust is a split share trust that acquired a diversified portfolio of securities issued by utilities by issuing preferred securities and capital units. The preferred securities rank in priority to the capital units with respect to the payment of interest and the repayment of capital upon the termination of the trust.
