Integrated Team Solutions SJHC Partnership is the special-purpose entity contracted by St. Joseph's Health Care London under the Province of Ontario's alternative financing and procurement program to design, build, finance, and maintain a regional mental health facility in London, Ontario, and a medium-security forensics mental health facility in St. Thomas, Ontario, under a 32-year public-private partnership agreement.
