Golf Town Canada Inc. & Golfsmith International Holdings, Inc.

On July 24, 2012, Golf Town USA, Golfsmith and Merger Sub completed the previously announced acquisition in which Merger Sub merged with Golfsmith, with Golfsmith continuing as the surviving entity. The combined Golf Town and Golfsmith entity forms the largest specialty golf retailer in North America, with approximately 168 stores spread across 29 U.S. states and nine Canadian provinces.
