Caixa Geral De Depósitos S.A. Covered Bonds (Obrigações Cobertas - Mortgages)

The Caixa Geral de Depositos, S.A. (CGD) Covered Bond Programme was established in November 2006 under the Portuguese Covered Bond Law to issue up to EUR 15,000,000,000 of Covered Bonds. In case of Issuer default the assets of the cover pool are available to repay principal and interest of the Covered Bonds subject to the Final Terms of each issue. Each issuance has a 12 month Extendable Maturity Date.
