Summary
Canadian Credit Card Trust II collateral consists of credit card receivables originated by National Bank of Canada. Following an assignment and assumption agreement dated April 10, 2015, the Trust becomes a co-obligor of the outstanding notes of Canadian Credit Card Trust until the legal maturity of the notes and will be the sole issuer of the future notes.
