Kiewit Meridiam Partners LLC is the special-purpose vehicle contracted by the Colorado Bridge Enterprise and the Colorado High-Performance Transportation Enterprise to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a 10-mile section of the Central 70 Project, including the redesign of a portion of I-70 east highway in Denver, which stretches from I-25 on the west end of the corridor to Tower Road on the east end of the corridor under a 34.3-year project agreement.
