MILIT-AIR Inc.

Incorporated in 1998, MILIT-AIR Inc. is a tax-exempt, non-share capital corporation established for the sole purpose of acquiring and making available to a subsidiary of CAE Inc. assets in support of the NATO Flying Training in Canada (NFTC) program, which provides fighter pilot training to the militaries of Canada and five other countries.
