Harbour No.1 Plc represents the issuance of collateralised notes backed by an owner-occupied and buy-to-let residential mortgage portfolio originated by several defunct originators in and before 2008. The portfolio will be assembled by buying three different portfolios: the Wall portfolio, the MAQ portfolio, and the Morag portfolio. Each portfolio will be serviced by a different servicer: Mars Capital Finance Limited will service the Wall portfolio, Pepper (UK) Limited will service the MAQ portfolio, and Topaz Finance Limited will service the Morag portfolio.
