NOVA Chemicals Corporation (NOVA) is a leading producer and marketer of plastics and chemicals in North America. NOVA's olefins/polyolefins business unit (its principal business) produces and markets ethylene, polyethylene, higher-value polyethylene, and a variety of coproducts. NOVA's expandable styrenics business produces and markets expandable polystyrene in addition to higher-value styrenics polymers. NOVA is owned by Mubadala Investment Company PJSC, a state enterprise wholly owned by the government of Abu Dhabi.
