UK Logistics 2025-1 DAC is a securitisation of three senior commercial real estate loans -- the Nevis Loan, the Fawr Loan, and the Pike Loan -- in connection with refinancing the acquisition of three logistics portfolios of standing logistics assets and industrial outdoor storage located in the UK, largely concentrated in the South East and London.
