The west tower is 52 storeys and the east tower is 32 storeys, together comprising 1,707,280 square feet. There are 24,462 square feet of retail space in the concourse area. Parking is available below grade for 848 cars. Petro-Canada Centre is 50% owned indirectly by BPO Properties Ltd., a subsidiary of Brookfield Properties Corporation, and 50% by Arci Ltd. Brookfield Properties is the property manager.
