Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation (BNSF) operates one of the largest railway systems in North America, with roughly 32,000 route miles covering 28 states across the West, Midwest and Sunbelt regions of the United States, as well as two Canadian provinces. Its one operating transportation segment, BNSF Railway, transports a wide range of products and commodities via its Consumer Products, Industrial Products, Coal and Agricultural Products segments.
