Weyerhaeuser Company is a North American forest products company that primarily produces and markets logs and timber, solid and engineered wood products, panelboards and pulp products. The Company is also involved in real estate development and construction, primarily in the residential sector. The Company was converted into a real estate investment trust (REIT), effective for tax purposes on January 1, 2010.
