Rideau Centre

Rideau Centre is owned by Viking Rideau Corporation as bare nominee on behalf of two major investors (the Co-Owners): Ontrea Inc. (69%) and The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited (31%). The 896,462 square foot centre (including 230,000 square foot under development) is anchored by Hudson’s Bay (non-owned), and the newly announced redevelopment project will add two new anchor tenants, La Maison Simons and Nordstrom. In addition, there are parking garages with 1,450 parking spaces and an eight-storey office building with 46,000 square feet.
