Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) is a not-for-profit, non-share capital corporation that is responsible for the management and development of both Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport and Montréal-Mirabel International Airport. Federally incorporated in 1989, ADM has been managing Montréal's two major airports since 1992 under a 60-year ground lease with the Government of Canada, which has been extended for 20 years until 2072.
