Summary

Canadian Credit Card Trust collateral previously consisted of credit card receivables originated by National Bank of Canada. Following an assignment and assumption agreement dated April 10, 2015, the Trust no longer has interest in the collateral and Canadian Credit Card Trust II becomes a co-obligor of the outstanding notes of the Trust until the legal maturity of the notes.
