Boralex Power Trust (BPT) wholly owns ten electricity-generating facilities (hydroelectric, natural gas cogeneration and wood waste) located in the province of Québec and the state of New York, with a combined generating capacity of 190 megawatts and an average annual output of 1,071 gigawatt hours. BPT is wholly owned by Boralex Power Income Fund (owned 100% by public unitholders).
