Atlantic Power Limited Partnership

Atlantic Power Limited Partnership (APLP; formerly Capital Power Income L.P.) was acquired by Atlantic Power Corporation (ATP) in November 2011. ATP is involved in competitive electricity generation, with 2,098 megawatts of net-generating capacity in Ontario, British Columbia and 11 states in the United States. APLP guarantees the majority of ATP’s debt at the holding company level, including (1) $150 million in a secured credit facility and (2) $460 million senior debt issued by ATP.
