Gaz Metro Limited Partnership (GMLP) is affiliated with Gaz Métro inc. The operations of GMLP include natural gas distribution in Québec and Vermont (86% of 2006 EBITDA); transportation (9%); storage (3%); energy services and other; and electricity distribution (since April 2007). Gas transportation operations include wholly owned Champion Pipeline, a 50% interest in Trans Québec & Maritimes Pipeline and a 38.3% interest in Portland Natural Gas Transmission System.
