Summary
A non-share capital corporation, the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (IO) was formed in 2011 following the amalgamation of a predecessor organization with several Crown agencies. IO assists public sector entities and certain not-for-profit organizations in the financing and procurement of capital projects and the property management of the Government of Ontario’s real estate assets.
