Mississagi Power Trust

Mississagi Power Trust (MPT) is a single-purpose vehicle that owns the Mississagi Power System, a series of four hydroelectric generating facilities with a total capacity of 488 megawatts. MPT is indirectly and wholly owned, on a fully exchanged basis, by Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P., which is an indirect, partially owned subsidiary of Brookfield Renewable Power Inc.
