Summary

Noranda Operating Trust is wholly owned by the Noranda Income Fund, and has a 75% interest in the CEZinc zinc refinery at Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Québec (Glencore owns the other 25% interest). The CEZinc facility produces saleable refined zinc metal for Glencore under contract until May 2017 in exchange for processing fees, by-product revenues, zinc premiums and zinc metal sales above 96% recoveries.
