Countryside Power Income Fund

Fort Chicago Energy Partners L.P., formed on October 9, 1997, owns 50% of Alliance (82% of EBITDA), 42.7% of Aux Sable (an Illinois-based natural gas liquids extraction business, which includes Alliance Canada Marketing) and 100% of AEGS, operating in Alberta. Alliance operates a high-pressure, liquids-rich natural gas pipeline between Fort St. John, British Columbia, and Chicago. Fort Chicago Energy Partners L.P. is managed by the general partner, Fort Chicago Energy Management Ltd.
