Cara Operations Limited

As at January 1, 2013, Cara operates 713 restaurants in the family and quick-service sectors. This includes five well-known banners: Swiss Chalet, Milestones, Montana’s, Kelsey’s and Harvey’s. 72% are in Ontario. Over the past few years, Cara deemed its other businesses to be non-core and has divested them, including Second Cup, Air Terminal Restaurants, Summit Food Service Distributors and Cara Airline Solutions.
