Old National Bancorp

Old National Bancorp (Old National or the Company), with $9.6 billion in assets (at September 30, 2013) provides commercial and consumer loans, depository services, mortgage banking, lease financing and other traditional banking services to individuals and small businesses. Old National also offers fiduciary and wealth management, investment and brokerage services, and insurance products. The Company provides these products and services to customers in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Michigan.

The Company operates through two segments, community banking and treasury. The community banking segment operates through Old National Bank, and Indiana Old National Insurance Company, which reinsures credit life insurance. Meanwhile, the treasury segment manages investments, wholesale funding, interest rate risk, liquidity and leverage for the Company.
