Faircourt Split Trust

Faircourt Split Trust is a split share trust that acquired a diversified portfolio of North American dividend-paying equities, income-producing securities and short-term investments by issuing preferred securities and trust units. The preferred securities rank in priority to the trust units with respect to the payment of interest and the repayment of capital upon the termination of the trust.
