(BHEA) is a Texas non-profit corporation incorporated in 1975 that operates as an affiliate of the Brazos Group, which is an affiliation of not-for-profit entities that originate and purchase student loans from commercial lenders and provide other financial and educational services to students, parents, schools, banks and other lending institutions throughout the United States.
