DBRS Releases Report on Chittenden Corp & Related Entities

Dominion Bond Rating Service (“DBRS”) has issued a credit rating report on Chittenden Corporation (the “Company”). The report discusses the rating analysis behind DBRS’s recent new rating of the Company. For the Chittenden Corporation, DBRS assigned an A (low) Issuer & Senior Debt rating and an R-1 (low) Short-Term Instruments rating. DBRS has also assigned an “A” Deposit & Senior Debt rating and an R-1 (low) Short-Term Instruments rating for Chittenden Trust Company. The trends on all ratings are Stable.
