DBRS Releases Criteria for New ABCP Conduit Sponsors

Dominion Bond Rating Service (“DBRS”) has today released its criteria for new conduit sponsors in the Canadian Asset-Backed Commercial Paper market. The criteria outlines the requirements that a new sponsor would need to fulfill in order to issue securities rated by DBRS.
