Dominion Bond Rating Service (“DBRS”) has today issued a credit rating report on Residential Capital Corporation (“ResCap” or the “Company”). The report discusses the rationale behind DBRS’s ratings of the Company. DBRS is releasing this report subsequent to its ongoing reviews of ResCap.
