DBRS Releases Report on UnionBanCal Corporation

Dominion Bond Rating Service (DBRS) has today released a report on UnionBanCal Corporation (the Company), following the confirmation of the ratings of the Company, Union Bank of California, N.A. and UnionBanCal Commercial Funding Corporation. At the same time, DBRS changed the trend for the long-term ratings of UnionBanCal Corporation and Union Bank of California, N.A. to Positive from Stable. DBRS also assigned a new short-term rating to the Company with a Positive trend.
