Dominion Bond Rating Service (DBRS) has released a report on Commerce Bancorp, Inc. (Commerce or the Company) that provides further detail on the recent new ratings of Issuer & Senior Debt at A (low) and Short-Term Instruments at R-1 (low) assigned to the Company. DBRS also assigned the following to Commerce’s bank subsidiaries – Deposits & Senior Debt ratings of “A” to Commerce Bank, N.A. and Commerce Bank/North and Short-Term Instruments ratings of R-1 (low) to Commerce Bank, N.A. and Commerce Bank/North. The trend for all ratings is Stable.
