DBRS Releases Report on The Bank of New York Company, Inc. and Related Entities

DBRS has today released a report on The Bank of New York, Inc. (BK or the Company) and its subsidiaries that provides further information on the recent trend change on the Company’s ratings to Positive from Stable. At the same time DBRS upgraded the short-term rating of The Bank of New York (the Bank) to R-1 (high) from R-1 (middle) and confirmed all other ratings of the Company and its subsidiaries, including BK’s Issuer & Senior Debt rating, which remains at AA (low).
