DBRS Rates Procter & Gamble $2 Billion Notes Issue at AA (low)
ConsumersDBRS has today assigned a rating of AA (low), with a Stable trend, to The Procter & Gamble Company’s (the Company) $2 billion long-term notes issue. The notes carry a 4.6% coupon and mature on January 15, 2014. The issue ranks pari passu with all other senior unsecured indebtedness of the Company. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
