DBRS Discontinues Rating on Teranet Inc.; Debt Repaid

DBRS has today discontinued the rating on the Senior Secured Bonds, Series 2006-1 & 2006-2 of Teranet Inc. The bonds were fully repaid on January 16, 2009, as part of the acquisition of Teranet Inc. by Borealis Acquisition Corporation, which was completed on November 13, 2008.
