DBRS Maintains Broadway Credit Card Trust Under Review - Negative

DBRS has today maintained Broadway Credit Card Trust (Broadway) Under Review with Negative Implications, where it was placed on March 3, 2009.

Citibank Canada (Citibank), the originator, has been in regular contact with DBRS with respect to its consideration of actions to provide additional credit support for outstanding notes (the Notes) issued by the Trust. Any actions to be taken, including changes to current transaction structure and documents, are expected to be completed in the month of April.

DBRS sees the actions under consideration by Citibank as positive for the Notes, as the ultimate implementation of these actions would likely result in the removal of the Notes from Under Review with Negative Implications.
