DBRS Rates World Financial Network Credit Card Master Note Trust Series 2009-A

DBRS has today assigned ratings to the following classes issued by World Financial Network Credit Card Master Note Trust Series 2009-A:

-- $560 million Series 2009-A Notes, Class A rated AAA
-- $26.5 million Series 2009-A Notes, Class M rated AA
-- $33.67 million Series 2009-A Notes, Class B rated “A”
-- $88.6 million Series 2009-A Notes, Class C rated BBB

This transaction represents the first series issuance from the World Financial Network Credit Card Master Note Trust in 2009.

The ratings reflect the ability of the transaction structure to withstand significant stresses relative to base case losses, yield stresses and payment rate stresses, as appropriate for the rating category.
