DBRS Rates Total Capital’s New Issue of GBP 200 Million at AA

DBRS has today assigned a rating of AA with a Stable trend to the proposed GBP 200 million 4.25% euro medium-term notes issue of Total Capital SA maturing December 8, 2017. The issue is expected to settle on June 2, 2009.

The notes will be guaranteed by Total S.A. and rank equally with all of Total Capital SA’s other senior unsecured bonds and debentures.
