DBRS issues provisional ratings today on 1st Financial Credit Card Master Note Trust II, Series 2009-B and 2009-C

DBRS has assigned provisional ratings to the 1st Financial Credit Card Master Note Trust II, Series 2009-B and 2009-C. The transaction represents the tenth issuance from the second master note trust (Trust II) managed by 1st Financial Bank USA (1st Financial or the sponsor). Eight of these series have matured and, with this issuance, three are outstanding. The pool is collateralized by a portfolio of receivables originated in various credit card accounts.
