DBRS has today released a report on Cogeco Cable Inc. (Cogeco or the Company) that provides further detail on the September 22, 2009, confirmation of the rating. The average revenue per user rate has been recalculated and currently stands at 91%, and Cogeco’s Canadian operations now account for 84% of the Company’s EBITDA.
