DBRS Notes Correction to Place Laurier Rating Report

This press release highlights two corrections to errors in the rating report issued on October 22, 2009 for Place Laurier. The report incorrectly stated that the previous rating report was issued May 26, 2007. That has been corrected to reflect that the previous report was issued on May 26, 2008.

Additionally, it was incorrectly listed that the CRU vacancy rate for 2008 was 7.7%. The actual vacancy rate for 2008 was 4.9%. This change does not affect the confirmed rating of A (low) for the transaction.
