DBRS Rates Total Capital’s New Issue of AUD 150 Million at AA

DBRS has today assigned a rating of AA with a Stable trend to the proposed AUD 150 million 6.0% medium-term notes issue of Total Capital SA maturing January 15, 2015. The issue is expected to settle on December 15, 2009.

The notes are guaranteed by Total S.A. and rank equally with all of Total Capital SA’s other senior unsecured bonds and debentures.
