DBRS Rates 1st Financial Credit Card Master Note Trust II, Series 2009-A

DBRS has today assigned final ratings to the 1st Financial Credit Card Master Note Trust II, Series 2009-A. The transaction represents the eighth issuance from the second master note trust (Trust II) managed by 1st Financial Bank USA (1st Financial or the sponsor). Five of these series have matured and, with this issuance, three are outstanding. The pool is collateralized by a portfolio of receivables originated in various credit card accounts.
