DBRS Assigns Provisional Ratings to SLC Private Student Loan Trust, Series 2010-B

DBRS has today assigned provisional ratings to the following classes issued by SLC Private Student Loan Trust Series 2010-B

– Series 2010-B Notes, Class A-1 rated AAA
– Series 2010-B Notes, Class A-2 rated AAA

The ratings reflect the ability of the transaction structure to withstand significant stresses relative to base case credit losses interest rates, prepayment speeds, deferment and forbearances, delinquencies and borrower benefits as appropriate for the rating category.
