DBRS has today assigned final ratings to the following classes issued by PFS Financing Corp.:

-- Series 2010-C Notes, Class A rated AAA
-- Series 2010-C Notes, Class B rated A
-- Series 2010-D Notes, Class A rated AAA
-- Series 2010-D Notes, Class B rated A

This transaction represents the fifth term securitization from the Premium Financing Specialists, Inc, sponsor and servicer of the transaction.
