DBRS Upgrades Ratings on Class C and Class D of the Capital Auto Receivables Asset Trust 2006-2 Securitization
AutoDBRS today upgraded ratings on the following ABS securities:
Capital Auto Receivables Asset Trust 2006-2:
--Class C has been raised to AAA from AA
--Class D has been raised to AAA from BBB (high)
The rating changes were based upon increased levels of credit enhancement available for the securities, the historical performance of the underlying collateral pools and the structural integrity of the transactions.
