DBRS Rates Total Capital’s New Issue of AUD 100 Million at AA

DBRS has today assigned a rating of AA with a Stable trend to the AUD 100 million 5.75% medium-term notes issue of Total Capital SA maturing August 18, 2014. The issue is expected to settle on August 18, 2010.

The notes are guaranteed by Total S.A. and rank equally with all of Total Capital SA’s other senior unsecured bonds and debentures.
