DBRS Discontinues Ratings on Capital One Mainstreet Master Note Trust, Series 2008-2 Securitization Due to the Repayment of the Noteholders

DBRS today discontinued ratings on the Capital One Mainstreet Master Note Trust, Series 2008-2 (Mainstreet 2008-2) securities. Noteholders of the following classes have been fully repaid:

--Class B Asset Backed Notes previously rated ‘A’ are now rated Disc- Repaid

--Class C Asset Backed Notes previously rated BBB are now rated Disc- Repaid

--Class D-1 Asset Backed Notes previously rated BB are now rated Disc- Repaid
