DBRS Rates Total Capital’s New Issue of $100 Million at AA

DBRS has today assigned a rating of AA with a Stable trend to the $100 million 2.5% medium-term notes issue of Total Capital SA maturing on August 26, 2014. The issue is expected to settle on August 26, 2010.

The notes are guaranteed by Total S.A. and rank equally with all of Total Capital SA’s other senior unsecured bonds and debentures.
