DBRS Rates Total Capital’s New Issue of USD 1 Billion at AA

DBRS has today assigned a rating of AA with a Stable trend to the USD 1 billion 2.3% medium-term notes issue of Total Capital SA maturing on March 15, 2016. The issue is expected to settle on September 15, 2010.

The notes are guaranteed by Total S.A. and rank equally with all of Total Capital SA’s other senior unsecured bonds and debentures.
